Voluntary participation

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga class, workshop, event or programme with Chloe George.

Acknowledgment 

I am aware that participation in the yoga class, workshop, event, or programme, either in person, online or live streamed, includes physical movement which carries with it the risk of injury. I acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health and fitness will be required. By signing up for any class, workshop, event or programme, I agree that I possess the level of health necessary to participate in these activities. I participate in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. I assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries I may sustain due to participation in these activities.

I agree to make Chloe George aware of any health concerns or pre-existing conditions either verbally or by email, and also fill in a health information form and disclose any before participating in a class. In the case of pregnancy or being postnatal or post-surgical, by signing up to class you confirm that you have medical approval to participate. I agree to inform Chloe George of any medical changes.

Release of liability

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against the studio or its members for any personal injury, property loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before, after this you cannot cancel or reschedule but are welcome to find someone else to sell or pass your place on to. For Nap Club you can cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before, after this window you are welcome to find someone to pass or sell your place to.

No refunds can be given for no shows, early departure from classes, internet failure (for online classes) or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Should the class be cancelled by Chloe George an offer to reschedule or full refund will be given according to your preference.
